nettyuh.cc is a personal profile hosting service. It gives you a page at nettyuh.cc/yourname where you can collect your links, customise how the page looks, and share one address instead of many.
These Terms are the agreement between you and the operator of nettyuh.cc. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will make a reasonable effort to tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use nettyuh.cc after a change means you accept the updated version.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If the law where you live sets a higher minimum age for consenting to online services on your own, you must meet that age instead.
You are responsible for your account, including everything published from it and for keeping your password safe. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication from Dashboard → Security.
Usernames are first come, first served, and are not property. You do not buy or own a username — you hold it while your account is active.
Your UID — the permanent number assigned when your account is created — never changes and is never reissued to anyone else, including after deletion.
You are responsible for everything you upload, link to, or display. Do not use nettyuh.cc to publish, host, or link to:
You also may not attack the service itself: no attempting to break authentication or access accounts that are not yours, no automated scraping or bulk registration, no deliberately inflating view or click counts, and no probing for vulnerabilities without permission. If you find a security flaw, report it — see section 9.
You keep ownership of everything you upload. We do not claim your work.
You give us a limited licence to store, reproduce and display your content for the sole purpose of operating the service — serving your profile to visitors, generating thumbnails, and keeping backups. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies that remain in backups until those backups rotate out.
You confirm that you have the right to publish what you upload, including any music, images, or video.
We may remove content, reset a profile's customisation, suspend an account temporarily, or ban it permanently where we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken.
Where practical we will tell you the reason and, for a suspension, when it expires. You will see this when you sign in. Serious cases — particularly anything involving minors, credible threats, or malware — result in immediate permanent removal without prior notice.
If you think a decision was wrong, contact us and we will review it. We aim to respond within a few days.
You can delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Security. Deletion is scheduled rather than immediate: your account is deactivated straight away and permanently erased after 14 days. Signing in during that window cancels it.
After that period your profile, links, badges, uploads and analytics are deleted. Your UID is retired permanently. Records we are required to keep — such as moderation logs relating to a ban — may be retained.
We may suspend or close the service itself. If we do, we will give reasonable notice and a chance to export your data where we can.
nettyuh.cc is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything that matters to you — you can download everything from Dashboard → Security → Export.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Profiles link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for what is on them. Following a link from nettyuh.cc is at your own risk.
To report content that breaks these Terms, a copyright infringement, or a security vulnerability, contact the site operator.
For a copyright complaint, include: the work concerned, the URL of the material you say infringes it, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised.
For a security report, please give us a reasonable chance to fix the issue before making it public. We will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith, stays within the affected account, and does not access, alter, or destroy other people's data.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive it.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.
